'GreenPortlane originated from a modest vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Via Tribunali 32. The Rossi lineage established our pizzeria in 1985, which began as a quaint, family-owned venture rooted in recipes that have been passed down for generations.

Marco Rossi, our progenitor, acquired the craft of pizza creation whilst meandering through Italy, learning from veteran pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her journey back to the UK, she set forth to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and sourcing the most pristine ingredients.

Initially, a humble eatery with seating for a dozen, we've expanded into a cherished neighborhood cornerstone, yet our pledge to excellence and authenticity persists. We continue traditional wood-fired oven baking, daily fresh dough preparation, and utilizing first-rate ingredients.

Nowadays, 'GreenPortlane' is still a family venture with the Rossi progeny at the helm of our fervent team. Although we've adopted some contemporary enhancements, our core ethos remains intact: producing delicious, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
